Classes
As every pregnancy and birth is different, the process still
remains wonderfully constant. This class is meant to be a guide
as your own story unfolds.
Class topics include: The process of labor and birth,
physical and emotional care during pregnancy and birth, comfort measures,
medical interventions, early postpartum and newborn care.
Course materials and refreshments provided.
Parenting Prepared Classes
The goal of this offering is to help families approach
parenting with confidence! This class features: Breastfeeding,
newborn care, and “The Happiest Baby On The Block” curriculum.

Becky Cave RN BSN IBCLC LCCE,
Facilitator
A certified doula, Becky is our nurse educator and
lactation consultant. She has over ten years hospital experience
as an intensive-care nursery staff nurse, Lamaze Certified Childbirth
Educator, International Board Certified Lactation consultant and
eight years experiences as a lactation consultant for Springfield-Green
County WIC. |
